“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray. Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.

As a special geological product, core box has strong function and high design requirements. At present, there are mainly two types of wood and plastic on the market, but the wooden box body is gradually replaced by the plastic box body due to the characteristics of poor weight bearing and easy moth.

The PE resin is made of waxy granule material with the appearance of milky white. The mechanical properties of polyethylene are general, the tensile strength is low, the creep resistance is bad, the impact resistance is good. Low temperature resistant performance is good, brittleness temperature can reach - 50 ℃ below; It has good chemical stability and is resistant to corrosion of acid, alkali and salt water solutions at room temperature, but not strong oxidants such as fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and chromic acid. Polyethylene has a low water absorption rate and does not need to be dried before processing.
