High Dencity HQ Plastic Drill Core Tray Core Box For Rock Sample

Four Channels Black HQ Core Boxes For Ore And Coal Mining High Intensity“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray.


Feature:

1. Environmental protection and durability

Casing made from low density polyethylene whole injection, stable chemical performance, high strength, non-toxic, tasteless, high temperature resistance, cold resistance, anti-aging, more suitable for storage and transport of the core in bad environment.

2. Reasonable size

The professional size design makes the core box perfectly match with the tray, making the core easier to scan, test, record and store.

3. Convenient drainage

The bottom of the box is designed with a convex skeleton and a series of drainage outlets, which makes it easy to drain the box, dry the wet core, and more convenient to load and take out the core.

4. Triangle support on the bottom to Strengthen box’s load capacity
5. Two lines of 7mm width drainage hole on the end to make sure mud flows smoothly
6. Block is inserted inside core tray to tell different rock core apart
7. Paper tag on the top end to remark core information
8. 30 pieces of core trays can be stacked tightly without falling down

9.Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.
