High Dencity HQ Plastic Drill Core Tray Core Box For Rock Sample

High Strength HQ Core Boxes / Strong Temperature Resistant Drill Core Trays“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray.


Feature:


1. Triangle support on the bottom to Strengthen box’s load capacity
2. Two lines of 7mm width drainage hole on the end to make sure mud flows smoothly
3. Block is inserted inside core tray to tell different rock core apart
4. Paper tag on the top end to remark core information
5. 30 pieces of core trays can be stacked tightly without falling down

6. Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.
7. Strong bearing capacity

The u-shaped bottom surface folding design of the inner groove, the use of multi-row reinforcement bars and the lateral side gradient thickening support of the box body have greatly increased the capacity of the box body to bear weight, and the box body will not be deformed in long-term use.

8. Storage safety

Nested fixed between the upper and lower body positioning, positioning, and between the tray and a positioning block connection solid, smooth movement, make the stack and save the storage space, suitable for core security for a long time.

9. Convenient records

The core card slot on both sides of the box brings convenience to the storage, inspection and management of the recorded core data.
