Description

PLASTIC CORE TRAY CORE BOX BLOCK& MARKER

30 pieces of core trays can be stacked tightly without falling down

. Environmental protection and durability

Casing made from low density polyethylene whole injection, stable chemical performance, high strength, non-toxic, tasteless, high temperature resistance, cold resistance, anti-aging, more suitable for storage and transport of the core in bad environment

1. Triangle support on the bottom to Strengthen box’s load capacity
2. Two lines of 7mm width drainage hole on the end to make sure mud flows smoothly
3. Block is inserted inside core tray to tell different rock core apart
4. Paper tag on the top end to remark core information.

5. Convenient drainage

The bottom of the box is designed with a convex skeleton and a series of drainage outlets, which makes it easy to drain the box, dry the wet core, and more convenient to load and take out the core.

6. Strong bearing capacity

The u-shaped bottom surface folding design of the inner groove, the use of multi-row reinforcement bars and the lateral side gradient thickening support of the box body have greatly increased the capacity of the box body to bear weight, and the box body will not be deformed in long-term use.

7. Storage safety
