1, Product Introduction

Grouting plug, also known as grouting plug, water injection sealing device, or expansion hose. It is a multifunctional deep hole grouting blocking machine developed by our company based on the actual situation of external grouting construction in the late 1990s, after extensive testing and careful research Widely used in hydraulic fracturing, grouting, coal mine and iron ore gas drainage.

2, Usage method

1. Connect all piping systems, tighten all threads, connect the air source (or water pressure pump), place the grouting plug at the hole opening (or inside a closed steel pipe at one end) for pressure testing, check if the joint leaks, and place it in the hole for backup.

2. Open the pressure reducing valve or water pressure pump of the gas cylinder and allow the grouting plug to slowly expand. Note that the inflation pressure must be greater than 2/3 of the grouting pressure, and grouting can be carried out when the predetermined pressure is reached.

3. At the beginning of grouting, when a large amount of grout is released from the grout return port, slowly increase the pressure in stages to the predetermined grouting pressure, otherwise it is easy to form a large pressure difference. During grouting, the pressure gauge of the gas cylinder pressure reducing valve should be checked regularly, and if it decreases, it should be replenished immediately.

4. When the grouting time is long, it is necessary to check for any grout leakage, blockage, or backflow. If there is, the grouting should be stopped, the pressure should be released, and the inflation plug should be loosened up and down to prevent it from being consolidated and difficult to remove.

5. When ending the grouting, the grouting pressure must be released first, followed by the inflation pressure. The inflation pressure must not be released first to prevent the grouting plug from shooting out and causing accidents.

6. After grouting is completed, simply place the grouting plug into a closed steel pipe at one end, inflate it with about 0.5Mpa, and then perform cyclic flushing.

7. After removing the grouting plug, connect the water pipe to the inlet pipe and return pipe respectively for flushing.

8. When grouting multiple holes together, all pipelines must be arranged in parallel and not twisted together to prevent accidents in one hole from affecting other holes.

9. After prolonged use, the lower end of the grouting plug should be disassembled for cleaning and coated with butter.

10. When long cracks or fractures are found during drilling, there may be grout leakage, blockage, and backflow. An additional air pipe should be placed at the upper end of the grout plug. If there is grout leakage, blockage, or backflow, high-pressure air should be used to flush and prevent blockage.
