HMLC NMLC Diamond Core Bit Drilling for Granite
Product Description:
With bottom discharge diamond core bits, which is suitable for triple tube core barrels, to improve the flushing fluid's erosion against the core during drilling.
Surface-Set Diamond Bits are set with a singular layer of natural or synthetic diamond utilizing a hard matrix compound on the face of the bit. The diamond set design ensures sufficient overlap to prevent premature wear of the matrix.
Surface Set Diamond Core Bits can be used with any type of core barrels. By varying the diamond grade, size, quality, and matrix hardness and crown shapes, the users can satisfactorily drill and core hard and homogeneous formations.

Attention:
1.The difference between the outer diameter of the bit and the reamer should be reasonable, the outer diameter of the reamer
is 0.3-0.5mm larger than the outer diameter of the bit, and the hard formation should not more than 0.3mm.
2.When the new bit reaches the bottom of the hole light pressure (1/3 of the normal pressure),
slow turn (about 100rimin), and then continue drilling with normal parameters after the initial grinding for 10 minutes.
3.When drilling in soft rock layer, the pressure should be reduced appropriately. When drilling in intact, medium-hard orhard
rock formations, the pressure on bit should be appropriately increased; When drilling in fractured, fractured and heterogeneous
rock formations, the pressure on bit should be appropriately reduced, generally by 25%-50%.
