Corrugated Box Color Box Full Automatic Flute Laminating Machine

  1. Adopt unique pressing spring front gauge registration design compliant with PLC control system,it makes machine run at high lamination precision and low rate of breaking down.
  2. Use frequency converter for speed regulation,PLC central,simulation to digit program system.
  3. Double servo motors are used to control bottom sheets to get to the front gauge timely and accurately.Thus the machine accuracy is ensures even in operation adjusting conditions.
  4. Balance-tested rollers,tight assembling technique,plus timing belts driving mechanic system makes the machine run at low noice with high precison.
  5. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.
  6. Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system.
  7. The electric parts used are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
  8. All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearing are imported ones.
  9. The face sheet for this machine can be 150-450GMS.The bottom sheet can be A,B,C,D,E,F flute corrugated sheet as well as 3 ply or 5 ply board with the maximum thickness not more than 8mm.
