High Speed Corrugated Carton Box Automatic Folder Gluer Machine

This machine is the last process equipment of the carton folding, it is used to combination of 3 and 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line( if need to glue 7 layer cardboard, we also can produce according customers’ appointed). Efficiency and production is attractive. The automatic gluing machine is the most commonly used post press equipment, which is used to make 2 / 3 / 5 / 7-layer corrugated boxes. Our machine is of good quality and easy to operate,

The machine adopts name brand import electric spare parts ,Siemens electric,OMROPN photoelectricity swith,Janpan TOKY counter,Taiwan meanwell electric power supply.Gluer head adopt special alloy material,antiacid-base to keeping the gluing head forlong life ,main motors adopts Taiwan Shengbang.

Simple touch screen operation, the machine adopts PLC input computer programmable controller, digital operation, touch screen input data, which can realize running change data, production speed and so on, the automatic feeding, automatic folding, automatic counting, automatic stack output, sticky box speed 160pcs/minute, highest speed 220 pcs/minutes.
