PLC Touch Screen Computer Controlled Corrugated Box Printing Machine with Dust Cleaning

Machine Features

  1. The components of this machine have lead edge feeder device,printing device,slotting device,die cutting device,can realize the printing slotting die cutting process of corrugated paperboard.
  2. The body material is HT250, the body thickness is 60mm, after the second stage of quenching,make by CNC machine tool, with high strength and precision.
  3. Transmission gear is straight gear, with low noise and high precision, gear after high-frequency heating and grinding,adopt automatic cycle lubrication.
  4. Gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, after high frequency heating and grinding.The main drive gear and roller are connected by expanding sleeve.
  5. Bearing adopt NSK, Harbin and other famous brands.
  6. Electrical brand: Siemens. Contactor Siemens Touch screen: Taiwan Delta or Siemens.
