Manual die cutter and creaser machine for Corrugated carton box

1. Purpose:

Creasing and corrugated cardboard die cutting machine is a special equipment for creasing and cutting ordinary cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic and leather ingeneral, applicable to printing packaging decoration and plastic industries. The machine is characterized by compact strrctute, fine workmanship, high precision and easy operation, etc.

2. Features:

  • Creasing and corrugated cardboard die cutting machine.
  • Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy cooper, thus to get effect of anti-frietion and shake reducing.
  • Flywheel is with big mlomentof force and heavy pressure.
  • High strength due to one piece casting by using top-ranking material for machine frame.
  • Single plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
  • With functions of single, continuous and opening dwell operation, dwell range is adjustable.
  • Operating position is reasonably arranged, moving-bed can be opened to its optimum.

3. Machine Introduction:

  • Equip with four insurance parts and four functions. The insurance part including gantry insurance, triangle insurance, hand shank insurance and automatic light-operated insurance to makes the machine safety and reliable.
  • The brake clutch adopts electric suction plate brake clutch to keep the braking sensitive and reliable.
  • Adjustable template makes the plate loading, unloading more easily. Disposition: Centralized oil supplying.
  • Three functions including single piece pressing cutting, continuous pressing cutting and time-delay when start machine, the delay time can be adjusted.
