Printing Unit
Printing plate roller

Ink transfer anilox roller
1) Anilox roller diameter φ198mm

3) The dots are consistent and the ink is applied evenly, which prolongs the service life of the printing plate and rubber roller.

Slotting knife adjustment mechanism

3) The alloy steel is heat-treated and ground with toothed slotting knives, and the hardness and toughness are guaranteed.

1. The rubber pad roller and die-cutting roller are made of high-quality materials, and the surface is hard chrome plated after grinding.

3. The die-cutting roller and the rubber are automatically disengaged through the motor-controlled eccentric device when not die-cutting, which can reduce the empty and simple operation of the machine and extend the service life of the rubber and the die.
4. The mechanical transmission can make the rubber move 40mm left and right, which can make the wear of the rubber roller evenly distributed and greatly increase the service life of the rubber roller.
5. The die-cutting phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, which can be adjusted when the equipment is running or stopped, and the operation is simple and fast.
6. The die-cutting part is equipped with a die-cutting knife ring without a template. Ordinary carton does not need to make a template, saving template costs. The horizontal movement of the die-cutting knife ring is manually adjusted, and the four knives of the box height are adjusted synchronously, which is simple to operate and improves efficiency.
