Description of Fire Resistant Correx Sheets:

(1) Fire resistant correx sheets are also called fireproof/fire rated/flam corrugated plastic sheets. It is a correx with a flame-retardant effect by adding flame retardant to PP polypropylene raw material through extrusion molding. Usually, the fire retardant correx sheet is divided into three grades, V2, V1, V0. The flame-retardant corrugated plastic sheets can automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source and will not become a fire-inducing material.

(2) At the same time, other performance indicators of fire retardant correx sheets must also meet the technical indicators of the ordinary boards.

The flame-retardant correx board has the characteristics of lightweight, non-toxic, non-polluting, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and rich colors like ordinary hollow boards. And it has high flexural, aging, tensile, compression and tear strength, and different colors can be customized according to needs.


Usages of Black Fire Resistant Correx Sheets

1) Backboards in special environments: such as floor protection at the welding operation site, backing plates under the oven for printed products, and backing plates in new energy batteries.
