Main Characteristic ：

1、Tumup bridge plate is convenient for cleaning, discontinuous wate-circulating system ensures washing clean.
2、Manual feeding for top sheet
3、Flexible front register, bottom sheet is not exceeding the top sheet, and it's adjustable for the front-and-rear lamination between bottom sheet and top sheet.
4、Bottom sheet can be paperboard more than 350gsm, A/B/C/D/E/F corrugated cardboard.
5、Lntelligernt control and compacted energy-saving and controlling play from the stack of paper.
6、Using high-precision plastic block device, save glue.

Uses and characteristics：

1.Adopt PLC control system,working is more precision and stable,improved the speed, circuit faults can automatically alarm.
2. This machine adopts Taiwan servo motor, instead of the break clutch and electronic eye, realized PLC&servo single control independently.
3. Corrugated cardboard auto feeding,as fast as the surface papers’ working.
4. The machine operation is stable, surface paper with corrugated paper joint very accurate; the corrugated paper never pull ahead, surface paper’s location is easy adjust.
5. Automatic gluing,and the glue can be used circulatory,avoid glue waste.
6. Roller design scientifically ,avoid glue fly out when the speed is high.
7. Pressure rollers adopt unilateral adjustment,convenient and fast.
8. Rocker controls wash roller’s fluctuation ,easy cleaning.
9. Counter designs scientifically,easy recording the amount you have been worked.
