1.Main Features for Single facer corrugated board Production Line

1)This machine was top-style vacuum absorption.It can avoid high or low corrugation which can make good quality of corrugated paperboard.

2)It can automatically and reducing offering glue. Pneumatic dealing with corrugated board. Corrugated rollers are cut and polished by special mixture of metal.

3)The whole fears are temperature the hardness readers HRC 55-60.

4.)The main axis is lubricated bu high-temperature wed oil. It is sealed up well and can lubricated effectively.

Note : This machine can also make 3 layer 5 layer 7 layer when work together with gluing machine and pressing machine

Step one : Make craft paper to mill roll stand

Step two :Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft

Step three :Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft

Step Four : Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer corrugated board
