1 Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine Description:

Six bar slitter scorer machine is a kind of productive equipment with an integral whole process to separately slice the corrugated paperboard and roll the line. The working axle is used the good quality seamless steel pipe and has the advantages such as wear-resisting, long using life and so on. and it is applicable to the high-middle-low scaled paperboard for rolling the line.

2 Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine Applications:

Simultaneously Cutting and Creasing of the corrugated sheet is done over this machine. Two pairs of shafts have creasing and cutting heads mounted on them which are adjustable.

The sheets are piled on the feed table and fed through the machine by hand.Two side gauges are provided for correct feeding of sheet.The speed is 300' per minute and minimum distance between two dies is 3".

The best machine for slitting & scoring of corrugated sheets.The four pairs are used for slitting & four pairs are used for scoring.The set of four pairs for slitting can be removed easily similarly the set of four pairs of scoring can be removed easily.Hence the machine can also be used either for slitting only or for scoring only.

The paper thickness is 2-12 mm, the minimum cutting width is 110 mm, the minimum cutting length is 260 mm, domestic brand inverter, Chint or Schneider relay.
