Description

automatic corrugated pizza box flexo printing die cutting making machine

Ø 1. The roller is plated with hard chrome on the surface of high-quality steel and balanced for balance to improve its running stability and reliability.

Ø 2. The die roll and the soft roll adopt the international standard size. The die roll diameter is 360mm, and the die diameter is 410mm. The soft roll diameter is 389mm (the excellent outer diameter of the rubber sleeve is 405mm), which can be purchased anywhere. Template and rubber pad.

Ø 3. The gap between the die roll and the pad roller is manually adjusted.

Ø 4. The phase of the die-cutting roller adopts three-planetary structure with high precision and large bearing capacity. It can be electrically and digitally 360° adjusted for stop and operation.

Ø 5. When the paper feed is stopped, the soft roller is automatically raised to reduce the wear of the soft roller.

Ø 6. The rubber pad adopts the production of polyurethane felt cover (created top brand) in Shanghai, which can achieve 100% cutting rate, and the incision is smooth. The order of replacement of the rubber pad should be based on the loading and unloading operation manual of the rubber pad.
