Waste paper collect part : this part is the let the waste paper feed out belt ,then use other belt feed the paper to side of the machine , finsiehd the collet waste and feed waste paper .

Walk locking part : there include four guide wheel ,let the machine depart and lock with the rotary diecutter , operate easy , lock part have pneumatic and lock cylindear ,let it with rotary diecutter fix .
