Automatic Corrugated Paper Stacking Machine In Flexo Printing Slotting Machine

Specification

1. Paper- receiving arm

1) Can be operated by hand or automatically.
2) Paper- receiving arm revolves the belt. The belt tension can be set independently without limit by the belt length.

2. The rising and descending of the machine tool platform

1) Driven by the powerful chain.
2) The height of piling is 1600mm.
3) The motor of the rising and descending of the machine tool platform equipped with the brake function , so the machine tool platform can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.
4) Assemble with heavy iron device to make the rising and descending of the machine tool platform in control to ensure the safty of the operators.
5) The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.

3. Paper- receiving plate

1) Pneumatic motor paper -receiving plate. The paper receiving tray will automatically extend and receive the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the preset height.
2) The back blocking plank is adjusted by hand.
