Main Features

Details

1. Working width: 1600-2500 mm, maximum working speed: 200 m/min-250 m/min

2. Maximum stacking length 3000mm, minimum stacking length 500mm, maximum stacking height 1700mm (stacking height must not exceed 3 times the width of cardboard)

3. Automatic stacking of cardboard, horizontal output.

4. Single-layer hanging basket structure and double-layer hanging basket structure.

5. Servo control lifting basket, stable and fast, safe and reliable.

6. Integral wide belt conveyor, smooth and tidy paper conveyor.

7. PLC controls the automatic tracking of production line speed, discharging cardboard, controlling the rise and fall of hanging basket, and controlling the position of baffle to realize automatic batch.

8. Use multiple groups of fiberglass press paper to brush and press paper, and adjust the press condition according to the length of the cardboard.

9. AC variable frequency motor drives the conveyor section, which can automatically track the speed of the production line and make the paperboard stack neatly and smoothly.

10. It can automatically change orders with the support of the birth control system.

11. Stacking control adopts man-machine interface display, which can set relevant data on man-machine interface, and the operation is simple and fast.
