Function

Machine configuration: helical cutting knife,5 Group of φ200 thin slitting blade.

Slitting and Cutting Section

1. Storing 200 sets of orders, man-machine interface, the screen displays information, reviewing, modifying, adding and canceling orders at any time.

2. Germany KEB servo system control the motor driving,and high-performance synchronous servo motor

3. The cutting machine adopts the inlaid steel helical knife structure, and the hard-toothed grinding gear realizes no backlash transmission, with high precision and long service life.

4. The machine base and wallboard adopt gray cast iron, with high strength and strong vibration resistance.

Thin Blade Section

1. Adopt thin tungsten steel alloy blade, with sharp blade and service life of more than 8 million meters.

2. High-quality imported industrial computer and high-performance PLC constitute the upper and lower.

1. Grinding knife by computer controlled automatic or manual with non-stop machine, improve production efficiency.
