Usage and characteristic

Detail
Feeding Unit
1. Lead edge paper feeder with wheels feeding system,laed feeding can adjust paper length according to paper specification.
2. Frequency converter adjustment vacuum negative pressure value can adopt tp different cardboard specification and curved cardboard.
3. Feeding roller is made of two-layer rubber,inner layer is soft and outer layer is hard which makes inner layer more flexible and surface more wear-resistant and reduce the flute damage of the cardboard.
4. Motorized backstops forward/backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment.
5. All electronics are original Siemens.
Printing Unit
1.With 6 unit ceramic roller and doctor balde.
2. Mounting roller with left and right both of side locking device,let the mounting position more accurately.
3. Printing register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
4. Transverse register is also digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
5. Quick set and self locking pull collars.
6. Automatic resetting after cleaning the printer.
Dry Unit
1. Vacuum adsorption ceramic wheels tranfer,more rows ceramic wheels dislocation array to strength cardboard transmission stability.
2. Automatic temperature control,fault alarm protection,automatic detection alarm,fault control and display.
3. Drying system with the host control starting and colsing double protection,completely slove the cardboard directly irradiation time heat and buming this question when stopped.
Slotting Unit
1. Single shaft five blades slotting,an internat gear adjusts the height of the carton box and prevent the lubricating oil from spilling or leaking onto the cardboard.
2. The first pre-creasing can protect the cardboard in case of being damaged.
3. Slotting register and height of carton box are digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
4. Transversal movement of the pre-cresasing rolls and slotting bosses' are digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
5. Motorized controls of the slotting bosses caliber.
Die Cutting Unit
1. With separate servo motor.
2. Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(45mm).
3. The die drum's transverse movement can prolong the service life of anvil cover.
4. Die cutting register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
5. Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil covers flat and smooth.
