This line is consisted of 3-single machine, including a web frame, a set of machine for making one side corrugated cardboard and a set of cutting machine with rotary cutter, webs as raw paper, and potato starch as adhesive, it can persistently turn out one side corrugated paperboard and automatically cut to size.

Hydraulic mill roll stand machine

1. The structure is double rotary shafts with four arms,support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.

2. Hydraulic control for paper mill roller up-down,clamp-open and centering. Or motorized clamp-open and centering.

Single facer machine

1. Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce nose keep running stable. adopt gimbal transmission, seperate power.
2. Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
3. Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.

Electric sheet cutter machine

1. The single-layer paper-receiving machine is a equipment which match with the single -knife paper cutting machine.

2. The paper cutting machine cuts the single layer corrugated paper as required and then stacks it by a single-layer paper receiving machine,which reduce a lot of manpower.
