Description

HSF-380S Cassette Single Facer

Electric control system check attachment

The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC56-60.Surface could with tungsten carbide optional.

Inner suction flute roller,make cardboard smooth

Usage: The machine presses the raw paper into corrugated core paper and glue it together with a smooth piece of paper, come into being corrugated paper. It can change a variety of shapes on the same mainframe.

Change flute rollers in 10 minutes.

Flute profiles:A,B,C,E,F,G

Flute rollers installed under pressure roller,make machine focus lower,reduce vibration.

Glue part not independent drive,PLC adjust glue quantity according speed,whole part could move out,easy maintain.

Steam quick change:fast connect steam,easy control

Automatic adjust glue quantity according speed,electric adjustment optional.
