Description

【NC Servo Spiral Knife Cutoff】

FUNCTION

The Cutoff is placed between slitter scorer and stacker. It is used for horizontal cutting of paper bord, Spiral knife used for smooth high-speed cut. Permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and controller ensures high efficiancy, precision, reliability. Press rollers, press wheels, conveyor belts used to ensure stable conveying.

Can be lined with the production management system, auto or manual order change without downtime.

Double spiral knife roll structure, small cutting force, higher efficiency and smooth rotation.

Special materials made spiral knife, rational designed roll structure, longer serving life.

Rational designed mechanical structure, the feeding section connected with the main body via the rails, convenient for the knife adjusting.

The precision gear is made after forging, fine finishing, and heat treating, with tiny backlash clearance, smooth transmission and lower noise.

High cutting precision, at average speed: ≤±1mm ; at average variable speed: ≤±1.5 mm.
