Machine specification:

*Type: 7 ply corrugated cardboard production line use

*Max paper width:2200mm

*Max working speed: 250m/min

*Glue roller diameter: 318mm -- 3 pieces steel tube product,The surface pressure of rhombus pattern hard chromium.Steel products (S45C) cylindrical grinding, hard chrome polishing process.

*Pressure paper roller diameter 318mm -- 3 pieces use carbon steel do grinding hard chrome polishing process

*Guide paper roller diameter 110mm --9 pieces steel product, hard chromed and polishing treatment.

*Air cylinder 6 sets control pressure paper roller up and down,the gap adopt motor adjustment

*The sync settings: the servo motor control its speed,let it sync with the cardboard in double facer, when in a short shutdown,the motor can be in a lower speed in order to avoid the glue do not dry on the surface of glue roller.

*The glue thickness according to speed PLC control automatic adjustment,he electric push rod, sensor, touch screen display accurate data, can also be electric adjustment.

*With motor-driven insulation adhesive function
