QHS Semiautomatic Stitching Machine

Main spare and function:

1. Japan yaskawa , Fuji imported double servo drive, Precision accurate, machinery drive parts reduced, it can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate

2. Delta touch screen operating, parameter(stitching distance, stitching number,stitching kinds,back shield)exchange easy and quickly

3. Whole control system adopt Delta PLC control system

4. Back electric shield,adopt stepping motor driving, size recise, exchange size quickly and easily.

5. Photoelectric and nearly switch adopts schneider brand

6. Bottom mould and knife adopt japan tungsten steel product(wear-resisting)

7. The whole stitching head adopt special steel making, computer gongs precision machining

8. It can stitching single,double stitch and strong stitch(double heads double stitching, middle part is single stitching) one time finished, it suitable the customer choose different kind stitching request.

9. Exchange carton box size and adjust carton box stitching distance only need one minute can finished, save time and operate convenience

10. In front feed part auto count, feeder table set up Photoelectric sensor, it is will auto up when feed

11. Back part have auto count function, Ready to finished product number according to set the number ( 1-99 ) fold , to the end of the conveying machinery , convenient packing banding .
