Detailed Product Description
1. This machine adopts the up-to-date international design idea of electromechanical integration for high-grade printing.
2. It features in elegant appearance, compact structure, and high-degree automation.
3. It provides high printing sharpness, low topping error, and convenient adjustment.
4. Phase adjustment is made electrically, locking and stencil plate lifting are made pneumatically, And the ink distribution can be done automatically.
5. The adjustment system can realize high-standard, high-precision prompt phase adjustment within360°circumferentially.
6. The adjustment can be made with high precision via computer control without shutting down the overall machine. Gear lubrication device is adopted.
7. The slotting positions and carton height are adjusted manually. The four cutter are adjusted simultaneously to save the changing time.
Printing Part
Printing roller
1. Steel material, surface grinding and hard chrome plating.

The printing pressure roller
1. The surface of the steel roller is grinding and hard chrome plating.
2. Balance correction, steady operation.
3. The gap between the printing pressure roller and the printing roller,the scal shows, adjusted by hand, the scope is 0-12mm. Adopt crosshead device, the transmitting gear will keep meshing while adjusting.
Metal anilox roller

1. Surface adopts the advanced hard chrome plating, hard, slipper, and wearproof.
2. Anilox roller: three parts divided reasonable mesh, first unit 200mesh, second unit 220 mesh, third unit 250 mesh.
3. Pneumatic lifting the anilox roller matched with the paper feeding roller to prevent double inking and the dry of ink while stopping the machine.
4. The rubber roller(80% natural rubber and goes through high-temperater treatment)
5. Without gap steel wrapped with wearproof rubber, balance correction.
6. The middle and high of the rubber roller grinding, good transferring ink effect.

8. Upper and lower paper feeding roller
