Description

Fast Dry Glue Powder for Paper Pipe / Paper Cone

1. Water 40 kg;

2. Put the glue powder 25kg into above water and stir evenly;

3. Add 2-2.2kg caustic soda into 5kg water and stir evenly for 5-10minutes; and then put this solution into above glue and stir evenly for about 5minutes;

4. Put 1.2-1.5kg borax into 5kg boiling water and stir evenly for 5-10minutes; and then put this solution into above glue of the step 3, note, stirring evenly while pouring;

5. Add around 30ml tributyl phosphate into the above glue of step 4 and mix it around evenly; and now the glue is completed finally
