Die cutting unit

Die roll (lower roll):

*The outer diameter is ￠ 432mm, including ￠ 480mm.

*Surface grinding, hard chrome plating, balance correction, increase running stability.

*The spacing between the fixing screw holes of the cutter die is 100mm in the axial direction and 18 in the radial direction. Suitable for cutting die height of 25.4mm.

*Thickness of wood formwork: 16mm (for three-layer cardboard) 13mm (for five-layer cardboard)

Rubber pad roll (upper roll)

*The outer diameter is ￠ 464mm, including rubber pad ￠ 480mm.

Quick change rubber pad, wear resistance and long service life.
