Leading Edge Feeding
Control Function :
- Leading edge feeding means that making the front side of paperboard as a benchmark , rolling wheel feeding speed is same as feeding roller speed . Won’t be affected by cardboard cutting width error, high positioning accuracy of printing and die cutting .
- Three axis rolling wheel type leading edge feeding structure, multiwheel , multi-point suction feeding paper, high friction, high speed can make paper feeding smooth and accurate.
- Suction frequency conversion adjustment the air volume, high-pressure centrifugal fan air volume is big, according to the cardboard warping degree to adjust the air volume, increased the transfer stability and accuracy of thin paperboard and bend board .
Pinting unit :
1. Phase Adjustment Structure
- Planetary gear structure.
- Electric adjust plate 360 degrees.(whether running or stopping status, can adjust either)
- Equipped with 7.0-inch colorful touching screen, printing roller phase and horizontal adjustment, the encoder signal transmission, all electric control.
2. Phase Fixed System
- Electromagnetic braking brakes device.
- Each unit seperation or combination , the original mesh point of transmission gear remains the same.
Die cutting unit :
- Speed difference compensation device, can control the surface linear velocityof rubber roller, (because in use process , the rubber roller diameter is smaller and smaller) compensation device can make the rubber roller linear velocity controlled by cutting die, completely to make the die cutting of the carton, carton and cutting same with die cutting mould.
- Rubber mat grinding device, when in the production of die cutting, can set a certain amount, in need of repair rubber mat, can start the repair motor, also at the same time open the host to repair, can make the rubber mat of repeated use, improving the efficiency rubber gasket.
Automatic Vibrator + Stacker Department :
- Paper-receiving arm cylinder Φ80*300 (with three-position five-path solenoid valve)
- This system set up to 5.5 m length, there are paper-receiving department, and stacking department, connected with the friction belt to transfer the paperboard , paper-receiving unit cylinder lifting, tension pulleys alone. After the cardboard transfered to the stacking unit(working table has automatic and manual lifting, worm gear and worm drive connections, and equipped with the table slide insurance block lifting hook lock device, pneumatic electrical control). Paper stacking department, paperboard automatically slide to paper table with a photoelectric control automatically rise, installed cardboard height 1600 mm high, hydraulic trailer stretch into the storehouse board to output the paperboard. In ths time, the cardboard is still in the continuous sliding into the stacking part, then the pile of paper department drop (electric), to the lowest point, automatic stop lifting, release the cylinder frame at the same time, repeat the action.
