Characteristics :

3. The back electric baffle adopts stepper motor drive, size is accurate, transformation is simple, convenient and quick.

4. The cylinder, air pipe , joints such as pneumatic components adopt EASUN brand in Zhejiang province, durable and not easily damaged.

5. The stitching head is made of special steel with high hardness and not easy damaged.

6. Single nail, double nail, strengthen nail can be completed in one-time, suitable for different kinds of customers . (please indicate in advance when need the strengthen nails)

7. One minute transform box size and stitching nail distance, easy operation without experience and save time.

8. The front feeding paper with automatic counting, equipped with photoelectric sensors, automatically rise when feeding paper.

9. Back part with automatic counting : The finished products can be sent to the end of conveyor by setting the number(1-99) and sent in piles to end of machine , convenient packing banding .

10. Can stitch on paper box with or without lid .

11. Easy operation : only 2 operators are needed from semi-finished product to finished paper boxes .
