1. BFY series thin blade slitting scoring machine adopt thin knife slitting, after wheel grinding the knife edge more sharp, make the paperboard edge smooth and tidy, little flattening phenomenon, improve the paperboard appearance quality and total quality, special it is good for the paperboard printing in later processes, reduce waste and improve carton quality.
2. Sharpen adopt manual and automatic two types handover, can choose sharpen and stopping sharp according to time and paperboard operating speed. Keep knife edge sharp to make the slitting paperboard smooth and tidy.
3. Adjust knife gap electrical, pneumatic automatic locking fixation. Adjust scoring width manual, adopt single knife lifting structure, can handover according to paperboard slitting number; this machine can adjust cutter head which made by different wear and damage.
4. Adopt rubber roller sending paper, latter slitting, then rubber roller put the paper, last scoring and forming, it is clear depth when use the latter process scoring, slitting adopt high rigidity slitting knife, driving knife is driven by timing belt, when change knife can change quickly. Adopt rubber pull the paper, it is better than other same machine.
