Feeding Unit ( Chain Ttype Semi Automatic )
1 Semi - automatic chain feeding system , side baffle is adjustable to adopt to the different size of cardboard .
2 The chain rail is made of high strength engineering plastic , which is low noise , and long using life .
3 Electrically controlled the connecting and separated for the every unit with alarm to ensure the operator's safetly during its processing .
4 Manually adjsut the width of feeding .
5 Pressure model elasticity feeding rubber roller , which can not to damaged the strength of corrugated cardboard .
The Printing Unit

  • Printing roller and embossing roll adopts high-quality thick wall seamless steel pipe with surface grinding and hard chromium plating .
  • The anilox adopts the high-quality steel 200 mesh / 220 mesh with 173mm diameter from Jiangsu Haili, can make flexible printed version above 45 lines .
  • The rubber roller adopts the high quality wear resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant rubber with 175 mm diameter from Jizhou Chunfeng, designed the high grinding and the inking effect is good .
  • For the printing system, in convenient operation, and is equipped with foot switch, convenient to hang version (note this clause is spare part for pay) in each group.
