The Uses and Feartures

1 This machine is adpots vacuum absorption auxiliary lead edge feeding system .

2 Feeding paper roller adopt rubber roller and patterned roller connected with four rollers feeding type, feeding paper roller pressure adjustment adopt eccentric wheel adjust and left-right eccentric wheel , adjust the pressure synchronous.

3 The main drive roller adopt keyless connect,decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing presicion.

4 Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.

5 Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller,the lines of the anilox roller ac so can be chosed accord the customer use .

6 The side baffle plate of the feeding department and slotting department are adjust by electrically .

The Printing Unit

1. This machine adopts Φ296mm high quality thick seamless steel tube which is surface grinding and hard chromium plating.

2. Adopts Φ175.56mm 220 mesh high quality steel anilox roller which is produced by Dalian.

3. Adopts Φ160mm rubber roller made by Chunfeng Jizhou. It is wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid and alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding so it is easy to print.

4. The printing pressure roller adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do the slight adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach best condition.

5. 360°electric phase, printing motor button phase adjust mechanism adopt planetary gear structure, can freely adjust machine work or stop 360°by electric button when machine running.

6. Ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate pneumatic. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube, smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon .

The Slotting Unit

1 The slotting width is electric adjustment, and it attached a ruler that the scale can be read easily.

2 The slotting phase adjustment is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360°electric adjustment.

3 The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously. Adopt multi-group communication type computer adjustment, main computer adopt big screen PLC control.

4 Hanging plate with foot type on-off. Scorer wheels are pre-press and double press.

5 This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.

The Die Cutting Unit

Down roller:

1 Out-diameter 250mm(not include mould)

2 Surface of steel proceed by grinding and chrome.

3 balancing-correcting system, improve working stability.

4 Screw distance of the down roll 100x100mm, roller circumference 120mm divide.
5 The suitable mould height is 25.4mm

Mood mould thickness 16-18mm(3ply cardboard), 13-15mm(5ply cardboard)

Upper roller:

1 Out-diameter 281mm.

2 Surface of steel proceed by grinding and chrome.

3 Balancing-correcting system, improve working stability.

4 Distance between up and down roller adjust by hands.

5 Rubber pad thickness 8mm(out-diameter is 297mm), width 250mm.

6 Mechanical traverse moving 30mm.
