This machine adopts back pusher , back positioning feeding , equipped with spring side lay and bottom suction system , to make our machine suitable for all kinds of paper , high precision, and keep the good characteristics of easy operation and convenient maintain.

Machine features:

1.The glue roller adopts high design , match with anilox roller to glue distributing , the uniformity of coating was improved greatly, increasing the intensity of draping , reduce the cost of customer production .

2.The steel roller through the balanced treatment and test , match the tight assembling to make higher stability . And adopting the timing belt and tooth type belt driving , make the machine running with higher precision and lower noise.

3.Adopting the liquid control system , automatic gluing , and the glue can be cycle used , avoid glue waste and labour strength .

4.Self-developed high-strength feeder with high configuration electric system make the machine running stable and lower failure rate.

5.The main parts of this machine adopt the original products of domestic and foreign well-known manufacturers, long using life and good stability. The machine motor uses the well-known brands at home and abroad supporting, ensure the reliability of electrical components in the using process.

6.All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and key parts as the harmonic gear and bearings are imported abroad.

7.This machine bottom paper is suitable for A, B , C, D, E, F flute . It can do 3 layer, 5 layer board to sheet laminating or thick board to board laminating . The surface paper need 200-600 GSM . With top paper advance and alignment function.
