Description:

This stitching machine is semi automatic, it is to stitch the side line of the corrugated box. It mainly process 3 layer and 5 layer, single piece and double piece corrugated board, manually feeding, and then stitch automatically to form the boxes, also with counting function. This machine is widely used in the packaging industry. According to the customer’s request, the machine can single nail, double nail, strengthen nail, the distance of the nail can be adjusted. The feeding table can be lifted up and down, convenient for the customer. The stitching head is good material that imported from Japan, has high wear resistance.

Machine features:

1. Adopt Easy view touch screen, parameter can be change simple and quickly(like distance of stitch, number of stitch, model of stitch)

2. Adopt Delta PLC control system.

3. BOS adopt Schneider from Germany.

4. Adopt Delta or Yaskawa servo motor to drive, high precise, can reduce mechanical problems effectively.

5. Cylinder, tube, tracheal connector and other pneumatic components adopt EASUN. Durable, not easy-damaged.

6. Stitch head made of special steel, high hardness, not easy-damaged.

7. Can do single nail, double nail, strength nail complete in one time, quick and simple, can be suitable for different kinds of customer requirements of nails.

8. Change box size and adjust distance of nail just need one minute, can save time and easy operate.

9. Former feeding paper part have automatic counting, feeding paper table have photoelectric sensor, it rise up automatically when feeding paper.

10. The ending have automatic counting function too, the ready stitched boxes can be send to the end of the machine in bundle, the number of one bundle can be set (one bundle can be 1-99 pieces), it is convenient to bundling.

11. Solenoid valve adopts international brand's AIRTAC.

12. Bearings adopt C&U, some adopt imported.

13. This machine have big wire plate sending wire automatically.
