Description:

Double servo semi-auto stitching machine is latest improved product base on normal semi-auto stitching machine. The whole drive and running part adopt two pieces servo motor to drive machine running. The feeding part, stitching head and back baffle also adopt servo motor. When adjust back baffle through touch screen to operate, accurate, fast and convenient, don’t need worker take rule to adjust. Improve the disadvantage of normal stitching machine used gear and bear to drive machine running, reduce the machine failure, prolong the machine use life. The stitching machine is the idea equipment in carton factory.

Machine features:

  1. Japan imported double servo drive, accurate precision, to reduce the failure.
  2. Electric baffle, accurate size, it is quick and convenient to change size.
  3. All contactors are Siemens
  4. Photoelectricity and proximity switch is Schneider.
  5. It can nail single nail, double nail, strengthen nail completed in one-time, can be suitable for different kinds of customer requirements of nails.
  6. Change size and the distance of the nail in one minute, save time, easy and convenient to use.
  7. It is man-machine interface control for convenient operation.
  8. This machine can stitch the box with flap or without flap, but need to tell the factory before production.
  9. The feeding table have automatic counting function, the feeding table has sensor device, automatic lifting of the table when feeding sheet
  10. The back part have counting function, you can set how many pieces a bundle(1-99), it is convenient for you to strap the boxes.
