1 Machine Description

1, Lead edge feeder system

(1) The lead edge feeder unit is servo motor control . Using international famous brand . it has long using life , no noise . And using servo motor , the corrugated paperboard not easy to damage .

(2) Adopt wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding , it is making corrugated board smoothly . The air volume can be adjsuted as the camber of corrugated paperboard .

(3) PLC and Electric adjust the lfet and right of machine side baffe . The distance between the frontal baffles and the feed table is synchronous manual adjust.with paper board flat system by pneumatic.

(4) Used colorful Touch screen control recored this machine production quatity , and can input the production plan . and setting working requests . And show the output paperboard number .

(5) No Pressure feeding paperboard , make corrugated paperboard not broken and more beautiful even if the corrugated baord is more thickness .

2 , Dust Clean

(1) , Brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower. The device can clean the dust on corrugated paperboard , improve the printing effect .

3 , Cardboard feeding roller

(1), The up cardboard roller material is stell tube no gapness .balance correction . be covered with resistance - bearing rubber .

(2) The up cardboard feeding roller and down cardboard feeding roller is adjusted by electric . The touch screen shows adjsued data . The adjsuting scope the distance is 2-12 mm . The up and down feed roller adopt corsshead connect with the driver gears .

4, Automatic back zero and Printing plate cleaning memery function .
