Semi-automatic Two Piece Carton Gluing Machine For Corrugated Board

Description:

This type semi-automatic carton gluing machine can be used for the gluing A-A, A-B model two sheets forming carton or single sheet forming carton. This machine can replace the manual box gluing, reduce labor intensity. Compared with the traditional box glue machine, not only can save labor, but also can greatly improve the quality of products which is compared with the above carton process, because of different working ways.

The machine adopts the double frequency to adjust the speed, PLC control, and matches with the high speed clutch, accurate operation control. The feeding system is equipped with powerful suction feeding, can transport the single and double sheets of paperboard. When the machine do two sheets of paperboard forming carton, the two sheets of paperboard will be glued in the dynamic molding( hot melt adhesive) with high accuracy. After joining together of two sheets, the worker fold and form the carton in folding forming unnit. This machine only need two opration workers. The paper processing range of this machine A-E corrugated paperboard.
