1. The main machine adopts HT250 cast iron wallboard with a thickness of 50mm and is manufactured by a large-scale machining center to ensure the installation accuracy of the machine.
2. The complete automatic control system of the whole machine is controlled by the integrated tracking of light, electricity and gas, which tracks the cardboard operation. When the paper feed is stopped, the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feed system is used. The rubber pad roller is automatically separated from the die roller to reduce No-load running load and abnormal wear of rubber pads.
3. The gear is made of high-quality 45 # steel with precision, high-closed automatic circulation spray lubrication system, high running accuracy and long service life.
4. The rubber pad roller and die cutting plate roller are made of centrifugal cast steel, tempering and tempering, balance correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating, and stable operation.
5. The radial differential device, the mechanical spiral reversal of the rubber pad rollers, and the automatic lateral movement of 40mm ensure the wear distribution of the rubber pads during use.
6. The built-in equalizer speed difference automatic compensation mechanism is used to compensate the deviation caused by the wear of the rubber pad, so that the line speed of the rubber pad roller and the die cutting roller are absolutely synchronized, and the precision of the carton for die cutting is high.
7. Die-cutting phase adopts microcomputer digital 360-degree electric control, both dynamic and static can be adjusted accurately and quickly.
8. Keyless connection ring, enlarge the virtual position, reduce the connection gap and ensure the long-term die cutting accuracy.
9, automatic repair work, using a screw and double guide shaft sliding seat structure, rubber pad can be used for precision repair multiple times.
