printer unit :

1. Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3. Ratchet wheel fixed roller which install the printing plate.
4. The whole format plate groove, suitable for 9mm hanging version shall apply.
5. Load and unload the printing plate, make positive and negative turns by electric foot switch.
6. Printing roller transverse manual adjustment, the range of 2-5mm.

Die cutter unit :

1. Automatic grinding mechanism of rubber roller, repair and polish the worn rubber mat multi times. The reuse rate of rubber mat has been greatly increased. The alarm lamp keeps flashing when the rubber roll is repaired.
2. Cleaning system: the front and back embossing shaft is pressed to the belt through the deceleration motor, and the waste of paper is removed completely, so that the machine will not be affected by the accumulation of the waste paper. The work efficiency is greatly improved.
