II,Material:
1.The wallboard and frame of this machine are connected by the main steel plate and 100X50 square pipe, with reasonable structure, firmness and durability.
2.Most transmission shafts adopt linear optical axis.
3.The gear is quenched with 45# steel, which is durable in wear.
4.The suction nozzle adopts the special suction nozzle of flat die-cutting machine, which has large suction and smooth paper suction.
5.The vacuum pump adopts 140B oil-free vacuum pump, and the air pipe uses 16mm air pipe, which guarantees the normal operation of the suction nozzle.
6.Suction action time control valve adopts the newly developed adjustable time cam control valve of our factory, which is reasonable in structure, durable, dust-proof, and large in ventilation, which greatly exceeds the performance of rotary air distribution valve (used for paper feeding flying head) and is intended to make up for the defects of rotary air distribution valve.
