l The casting material is HT250 gray cast iron and with annealing treatment so as to achieve the casting not easy to deformation, breakage.

l The principal axis mainly adopts of 4Cr13MoV and with thermal refining treatment to improve the main-shaft’s intensity and rigidity, hardness and adhesive the effort of uneasy deformation.

l The main parts of gear is made of 4Cr13Mov and with thermal refining treatment.

l Single pressing, continuous pressing, adjustable delay pressing

l The shaft sleeve is made of the cooper to ensure the good wear resistance

l The single plate electromagnetic clutch is nimble and reliable.

l It has the function of continuous cutting and opening dwell. Dwell is adjustable.

l The key parts of bearing are mainly made of Harbin bearing.

l The lubrication of concentrated refuel, automatic refuel (optional) can better the oil flow in good condition and its maintenance.

l The machine electrical is made from China CHINT Group and Schneider electric.

l Hand on triangle limit switch, emergency switch, and hand push rod limit switch, Photoelectric sensor stop switch four insurance devices. Ensure safety.

l Plate and frame can be adjusted.
