The semi-automatic CC cream filling machine is specially designed for fluid liquid

filling. It is specially designed for filling air cushion BB/CC cream products, easy to

operate and clean.

The main part of the machine is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean

and corrosion resistant. The main electrical uses Siemens, Schneider, Omron ; the

gas path uses Airtac. The mechanism is compact structure, small occupation, high

efficiency, stable and reliable.

Optional mechanism: automatic bottle feeding system, automatic capping system.

Container discharging are controlled by cylinder mechanical, and the detection

sensor is OMRON optical fiber sensor.

Optional configuration: Auto container collating, Auto container feeding, Auto

swab refill feeding, Auto cap feeding

quantitative piston cylinder, mechanical rotary valve, lifting servo, packaging

material mold, touch screen, PLC, rack and other parts.

dosing.
