Skincare Body Lotion Linear Cold Filler Shampoo Cosmetic Filling Machine (JYF-4) is our latest design, it is used for either hot filling or cold filling cosmetic products.

  • hot filling for high viscosity products, like lipstick in pan, lip balm, shea butters, foundation, etc;
  • cold filling for great fluids, such as lotion, shampoo, and other oily products.

Key Features of Lotion Bottle Filling Equipment Cream Cosmetic Filling Machine
This is a modular filling line that consists of 4 parts, a filling machine, conveyor, re-heating machine, and collection table. Each of them can use independently. The production capacity of this machine is 15 - 45 pcs per minute according to different filling volumes.

1. Filling Machine
Filling Nozzle 4 nozzles, bottom filling, and top filling, nozzle distance adjustable
Filling Tank Volume 50L
Filling Tank Material 3 layers tank with heating/stirring/vacuum sucking functions, outer layer: SUS304, inner layer: sus316L, comply with GMP standard
Filling Tank Temperature Control material temperature detection, oil temperature detection, filling nozzle temperature detection
Filling Type suitable for both cold and hot filling, filling volume up to 100ml
Filling Valve new design, FAST DISASSEMBLING TYPE, you can select different filling valve to fulfill your different filling volume, with fast changeover
Filling Tube new design adopts heating coiled tube instead of oil heating one, more safety and sanitary

2. Conveyor
conveyor belt adopts Teflon PVC, which has good performance on resisting high temperature
conveyor connection with patent design, with motivation transfer/ live roller bridge type
Motor JSCC speed motor, conveyor speed adjustable

3. Reheating Machine
a. adopts quartz heating lamps with cover as our surface re-heating system
b. the re-heating system can be lifted up and down, which driven by a cylinder
