Main Features

1) 20L double tank, SUS304 material, SUS316L material for contact parts. Three-layer heating and stirring tank; 2) The piston filling system is driven by a servo motor numerically controlled; the rotary valve is driven by an air cylinder;

3) The mold is equipped with a timing preheating system with signal light before filling;

4) The stirring device is driven by a motor;

5) The mold lifting is driven by a servo motor.

6) Color touch screen interface, digital control in all aspects, simple and precise operation;

7) Irregular bottles can basically be filled.

It fill 10pcs per time, and available to switch into 12or 10 nozzles.
