Description:

Uses and Function:

1. Liftable double-layer drum with stirring, sandwich heating, can ensure that the raw materials are evenly heated. The pump and filling nozzle are independently heated, no heating dead space. Another foot switch can be used to select automatic or manual according to the product.
2. Gear-type quantitative filling mode, more stable, fast, low noise to make the production environment more comfortable, filling range from 1 gram without upper limit, to meet the filling product diversification.
3. PLC program control, set parameters (quantitative, time, temperature control settings) are set by the PLC interface, you can accurately set the required capacity, for a variety of types, diversification of users with great practicality and efficiency.
4. Double filling system independent control, faster speed, higher capacity, can meet different filling needs.
5. Equipped with dual 3-meter flowing conveyor belt, with infrared sensor positioning device, high efficiency and labor saving.
