Description:

The machine can heat and automatically fill the material.It can be matched with a three-meter long conveyor belt for product production, which is equipped with an infrared sensor positioning device for high efficiency and labor-saving.

Uses and function:

1.The double-layer barrel with stirring is heated in the interlayer, which ensures that the raw materials are heated evenly. Pumps and filling nozzles are heated independently, no heating dead space. Another foot switch can be used to choose automatically or manually according to the product.
2. gear-type quantitative filling method, more stable, fast, low noise to make the production environment more comfortable, filling range from 1 gram without upper limit, to meet the filling product diversification.
3. PLC program control, set parameters (dosing, time, temperature control settings) are set by the PLC interface, can accurately set the required capacity, for a variety of types, diversified users with great practicality and efficiency.

4.The production line is suitable for quantitative filling of all kinds of cream/liquid products, such as: cool oil, liquid oil, foundation, hair wax, lipstick, lip gloss, eyeshadow, etc., which need to be heated, and wide-mouth basin packaging.
