New PP rotary replaceable design Airless bottles 30ML and 50ML

Recently, a new rotary replaceable airless bottle developed under the new leadership of UKPACK has passed all basic functional tests and can be produced in large quantities. This series has a design diameter of 35mm, and has two capacities to choose from: 30ml and 50ml.

Based on the concept of environmental protection, green, and sustainable packaging, all materials in this series are produced using recyclable PP materials, and PCR materials can be added according to customer needs, with the addition rate of 10% to 100% (based on the results of customer material compatibility testing)

The liquid output of the pump is 0.23ml/time, and on the premise of meeting the filling capacity, the number of the first liquid output under our internal control is less than 8 times. The special design of the liquid outlet makes this product more suitable for foundation products, such as liquid foundation, makeup cream, BB cream, etc.

We have adopted the latest simplified design for the structure of the bottle body, reducing the use of components to achieve the goal of plastic reduction. The way of rotating and opening the pump head in the middle is more ergonomic and provides the best consumer experience.

For the replacement part, we provide two options based on customer needs and budget:

1) The inner bottle can be directly matched with the pump for sale

2) You can choose to seal the rotating cap and bottle , open the rotating cap when using it, and then use it with pump

In addition, you can also choose to print your logo and related product information on the inner bottle.
