A: We are an industrial manufacture factory which located in Ningbo city.

Q: How about sample? Free or charged?

A: Contact us and tell us the details of the sample you need. Free samples within 10 pieces, but shipping cost should be afforded by customers.

Q: Is ODM project available?

A: ODM is OK. We have our own R&D and molding dept. But the molding fee should be afforded by customers.

Q: How about the payment terms?

A: T/T. 30% deposit and 70%balance payment before delivery.

Q: How about the time of delivery ?

A: It depends on the order quantity and the season in which you place the order. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is about 30 days.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We have a professional QC department to make samples and test them before mass production. After the samples pass, we will start mass production. During the production process and before packaging, several sampling inspections must be carried out.
